The turn around time for virus removal and PC tune-ups is 24-72 hours. Jobs requiring replacement parts that need to be special ordered range from five days to two weeks turn around time. Repeat customers, and members of their family, receive a 10% family discount on second and third computers and all services subsequent to the initial services performed.
